About These Terms

ku9bd ("we", "our", "platform") is an online betting and gaming service in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ku9bd website, application, and all related services.

By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on the ku9bd platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must reside in an area where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You may only open one account in your own name.

1.2 Account Management

Each user may manage only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Identity Verification

ku9bd may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time (national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents). We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

2.1 Password and Login Details

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your ku9bd account login details confidential. Sharing or giving your login details to anyone else is prohibited. If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.2 Unauthorized Access

ku9bd will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless it can be proven that the loss was directly caused by a technical fault on our platform.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ku9bd offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 20 times (20x) the total of the bonus and the deposit.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if the conditions are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active on an account at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to another user.
• ku9bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

ku9bd has three VIP tiers for regular players — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). You can move up to a higher tier based on consistency of play and activity. The detailed terms of the VIP program are subject to change.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited on ku9bd:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using the platform for criminal or illegal purposes.

6.2 Account Suspension or Closure

If any of the above rules are violated, ku9bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If an account is closed, the original deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though they may be held during an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

ku9bd strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. ku9bd bears no liability for compensation in such situations.

9.2 Betting Outcomes

Gaming and betting outcomes cannot be controlled or predicted. ku9bd will not accept any liability for lost bets. All decisions related to betting are made entirely at your own risk.

9.3 Technical Errors

ku9bd reserves the right to reverse incorrect payouts or bonuses resulting from an obvious technical error. Even if funds resulting from an error have been withdrawn, their return may be requested.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the ku9bd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the property of ku9bd or the relevant licensor and is protected by copyright law.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of the platform without the written permission of ku9bd is prohibited. Game content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming).

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

11.1 Filing a Complaint

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Resolving disputes through discussion is our primary goal. After a complaint is submitted through the support team, we will work to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. In disputes relating to game outcomes, the server logs of the relevant game software provider will be considered the final evidence.

Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

12.1 Terms Updates

ku9bd may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. It is recommended that you review the Terms regularly.

12.2 Severability of Terms

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. If ku9bd waives any condition on one occasion, that waiver will not automatically apply in future cases.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between ku9bd and the user. This document supersedes any previous oral or written agreements.
